My husband and I love golf—but that’s only one of the reasons

we bought a lot at SPRINGWOOD ESTATES.  When we’re ready we’ll build our dream home—and in a great area near schools.  Soche M.

What does a large family need?  A really big kitchen and two master bedrooms to start..  Planning our home in SPRINGWOOD ESTATES has been a wonderful experience.  We are paying rent on two homes, but soon we will be able to have dinner together every night and save money!  Maria G

 

 

 

 

 

I work hard for my money.

The good thing is that land

prices are going up so my money is working for me.

 

I’ll build this year or next   but the cost of land will be less than  if I waited. I pay less than $200 a month on   my lot and  it has already gone up $1000. That works for me.
