What is more important than securing their future?  Lot prices are going up all over the Valley.  If I didn’t buy now I would have to pay more later.  Now I’ve got a great lot in a  choice neighborhood  for less than $200 a month and their future is secure. My brother in law will help me build a great home.  No more paying rent!
